In the frame, wooden puzzles are great, and you can choose from a wide variety without breaking the bank. My daughter's favorite was/is Melissa & Doug's talking US Map. When you put the state/piece in place, the puzzle names the state and its capital. Beyond puzzles, you can find lots of engaging, quality toys from M&D--they've got tons of great stuff, and all of it exceeds US Safety Standards. Time for some puzzles!
